Creative designer with over 15 years’ professional experience in the design industry.
Creative designer with over 15 years’ professional experience in the design industry. With extensive experience, I specialise in user-friendly digital product design. I blend technical skills with creativity to craft resonant designs. I ensure smooth transitions from concepts to digital products, fostering collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders. My focus is on delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions through a systematic design approach. Meta acknowledged my work on innovative digital projects at an international level, extending an invitation to their headquarters in San Francisco, USA.
Currently working as a Senior Experience Designer at Department of Transport and Planning.
I have completed the development of the design system for the PTV website and app, enabling designers to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. I am deeply passionate about my work and dedicated to creating positive impacts through data-driven design solutions. Additionally, I contributed to the continuous improvement team for planning and navigation, enhancing the Multi-modal Journey Planner to deliver a better experience for the Victorian community. It’s an honor to be part of such an innovative and inspiring team.
Prior to this, I worked within the Digital Transformation teams for both the City of Boroondara and Surf Coast Shire Council, where I successfully completed various UI/UX, digital, and print projects. Working in an agile environment, I received commendations from the community for my design and UX/UI solutions, which not only met but exceeded expectations.
I have experience managing critical escalations and urgent requests for online and print production from some of Yellow Pages’ most valued and high-revenue clients.
Previously, I served as a Senoir Experience Designer at SafeSmart Access (a global company), where I revamped their Australian website and print collateral, adhering to their existing brand guidelines. Collaborating closely with web developers and printing press, I improved the aesthetic design, brand alignment, user experience, and custom functionalities. My efforts laid the groundwork for rolling out the redesign across the entire company.
